Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and limitations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce
• development tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Certifications: Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements for job

• Custom Application Development: Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they meet our business requirements.
• Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand and refine system requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documents, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the performance and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Ongoing Support: Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new Salesforce technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
