Eligibility

  • Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis – focused on delivering leads for business
  • Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
  • Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO/SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc. Serve as the lead for programmatic display, especially the Double Click suite.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

 

Requirements for job

  •  Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
  • Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning with Google/FB/others as a partner
  • Research, monitor, and track what’s trending on social media and coordinate with departments to create content around trending topics.
  • Organize weekly brainstorming meetings for upcoming projects and be an active participant in suggesting fresh ideas that shall be replicated on the campaigns and social brand pages.
  • Effective coordination with other teams to create and execute campaigns that will initiate sales and increase footfalls on the pages, website, and project sites.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
