Eligibility

• Be seen as a SAP TMS expert and able to advise on standard SAP solution design and configuration for specific SAP modules and the impact of the changes on solutions and/or business process
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads, and Value Stream Leads process design recommendations, defining end-to-end processes and issue resolutions
• Identify and implement business process improvements.
• Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.
• Gather and analyze requirements to determine the best solution and implement best practices.
• Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives
• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements or process “choice points” to the Global Process Owner and GIS Leads
• Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes, particularly under tight timelines
• Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices

Requirements for job

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
• 6 -8 years of SAP TMS experience preferred
• Experience functional lead with demonstrated capability to work across teams
• Around 8 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP supply chain management systems and processes
• Experience in implementing SAP TMS with various deployment options preferably EWM on S/4 HANA.
• Strong exposure to SAP TMS, SCT Software Carrier Integration, TMS Integration with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, SAP EHS modules
• Experience in the creation of Transportation Management Master Data i.e. Routes, Transportation network, Mode, Freight Agreement, Rate Table, Trade Compliance Check, etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP TMS. Along with strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP TMS with SAP EWM, ECC, and GTS on S/4 HANA
• Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation
• Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration with IT leadership experience with SAP TMS projects
