Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or in a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the front-end development
- Pro efficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of responsive web development
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and knowledge database systems (ex: SQL, MySQL)
- Experience in end-to-end development of Veeva Approved emails and iDetail (CLM/iVA), GWD banners.
- Good communication skills to understand project requirements and provide updates to the Digital Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team as a strong team player and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different
Responsibilities
- Web design and Development: Writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to translate creative design mock-ups and wireframes into functional, visually stunning, and responsive web interfaces
- User Interface Development: Ensuring web interfaces work seamlessly across different browsers on various devices to ensure consistent user experience
- Version Control: Managing development versions with version control systems like GitHub to manage code and collaborate with other in-house teams
- Testing and Debugging: Identifying and fixing issues in the web application and conducting thorough testing
- Being Agile: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to front-end development
- Stay Current: Staying up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance skills and maintain relevance. Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Compliance: Ensuring quality, value, and compliance throughout the development Lifecycle. Partnering with external stakeholders (Agency of Record, other vendors, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance
- Actively participate in deviation investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts as the role dictates
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively communicate with the Digital Project Manager. Support the Digital Project Manager with the possible solutions and take the right decision
