Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Collaborate with Architects, analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Implement custom and out-of-the-box functionalities on the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure best practices are followed in design and development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.
- Provide technical documentation and training to end-users.
