Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and other design software
- Expertise in space planning, interior design, and FF&E selection
- Strong understanding of architecture and construction drawings
- Ability to create compelling mood boards and material boards
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, communication, and teamwork skills
- Must have Site Coordination Experience
- Must be a Team Player
- Must have coordinated with Various consultants to issue GFC drawings
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative space planning and interior design solutions
- Create precise construction drawings and detailed specifications
- Select and coordinate Finishes, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for diverse projects
- Design and present mood boards and material boards to convey design ideas
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to develop and present design plans
- Should be able to produce quick workable renders from Sketchup, Lumion, or 3D Max
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cohesive and effective design implementation
- Oversee site execution to ensure the accuracy and quality of design implementation
