Eligibility
- Proven experience (5+ years) working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with a solid understanding of the platform’s capabilities and limitations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and related tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Lightning Experience, etc.).
- Experience in configuring and customizing Sales Cloud, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation best practices, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and tools.
- Experience working within and building out an Agile system development framework
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can build and maintain positive relationships with management and peers
- Ability to work independently or in a cross-functional team environment
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Certinia is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provisioning of user accounts, licensing, roles, and permission across business systems and monitoring our usage ensuring we do not exceed our license allocations.
- On the issue management process for business systems as directed by the Salesforce Platform Lead. Managing support requests from inception, triage, allocation, and resolution. Be the point of contact and communication for issues escalated both internally and to our partners ensuring end users are updated regularly.
- Develop/maintain new Lightning components and APEX codes
- Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support marketing automation, lead management, and sales processes.
- Oversee the setup, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.) and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud) and third-party tools for seamless operations and enhanced reporting.
- Monitor and improve sales pipeline visibility using Salesforce tools and provide sales teams with insights into campaign performance and potential opportunities.
- Support the control and quality of the data within assigned business systems
- Setup and develop dashboards and reports as required within business systems
- Identify suitable system enhancements and feed them into the tracking and prioritization process, advocate on behalf of users
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing, executing tests, feeding back results, and advocating the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation on Avance business processes and system architecture.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and advocate prioritization of user stories
- ·Support the Salesforce Platform Lead in the training and development of Avance employees
- Support the Salesforce Platform Lead in the development and maintenance of user documentation
- May be required to work in the US EDT time zone
