Eligibility
- 12 + Years of experience in SAP ARIBA and SAP MM in the Source to Pay area.
- Experienced S4HANA professional and hands-on in HANA best practice Implementations
- At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live)
- Understanding of integration between SAP modules.
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP Ariba implementation experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP MM implementation and support
- Should have worked on Support projects
- Demonstrate a Proactive Approach rather than fix on fail
- Has the capability to translate business requirements into design and then development
- Proactive in identifying issues and coming up with solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt.
- Familiarity with inventory management and valuation.
- Ariba Solutions delivery experience in ARIBA Upstream, SLP and ARBIA P2P, Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, and ARIBA Network.
- I serve as a subject matter expert in Ariba solutions and Ariba to SAP integration.
- Assists in improving business processes and document changes required to SAP Ariba configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes.
- Ability to develop to-be design documentation for Ariba process designs. Updates all design, configuration, and specification documentation.
- Identifies and logs issues and risks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Manage, coordinate, and report application major incidents (P1 & P2)
- Build end-to-end documentation and catalog for supported applications and known errors.
- Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team.
- Support to Design daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for business.
- Business Engagement – Engaging with business proactively to build trust and relationships for better stakeholder management.
