- Proven track record of building scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) principles and practices.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, APIs, Service Portal, and applications.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
