Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and ranking
- Conduct keyword research to identify content optimization opportunities
- Optimizing existing content and creating new SEO-friendly content
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website optimization (including site speed, and crawling)
- Implementing On-Page and Off-Page techniques such as meta tags, header tags, URL structures, link-building strategies etc
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- Analyze competitor websites to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Developing SEO strategies by using available data
- Applying the Principle of E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) to Content
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, focusing on content optimization
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog etc.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and how it integrates with SEO
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO best practices
- Must have strong knowledge of technical SEO
- Experience with mobile and voice search SEO is a PLUS
- Must have good Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think out of the Box to create innovative solutions
