Responsibilities
- Content Marketing & Campaigns:
Plan and execute content marketing plans across various platforms (blogs, LinkedIn, email) to increase engagement and conversions. Develop content tailored for campaign effectiveness, ensuring pieces are crafted with lead generation and high conversion in mind. - CRM & Campaign Management:
Manage CRM and lead nurturing through well-timed email campaigns, follow-ups, and targeted messaging to build and maintain customer relationships. Track and optimize campaign performance to boost engagement and customer retention. - Collaboration & Creative Content Creation:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, CEO, and design team to generate creative, engaging, and brand-aligned posts for LinkedIn, festive campaigns, and other initiatives. Coordinate with partner agencies for lead generation, content syndication, and other operational tasks. - Market Research & Strategic Insights:
Conduct ongoing research on e-commerce and quick commerce trends to produce relevant, up-to-date content. Offer insights into AMS and e-commerce strategies, contributing to thought leadership and brand positioning. - SEO & Social Media Optimization:
Apply SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and boost visibility on social media. Monitor content performance and refine strategies to increase reach and impact. - Content Quality & Proofreading:
Edit and proofread all content to ensure quality, clarity, and accuracy before publication.
