Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Meta Business Suite, including running paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proven creative skills in content creation (graphic design skills are a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Experience in public relations (PR) outreach and maintaining media relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and derive actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others relevant to our brand and audience.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (text, image, video) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, coordinating with other teams to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Oversee Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, ad creation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Conduct PR outreach and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media contacts to amplify our brand presence.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess effectiveness, generating reports to inform future campaigns and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader company objectives.
