Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages within the Certinia platform
• Integrations concepts
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Certinia functionality
• Ensure adherence to best practices
• Stay up to date with Certinia updates and enhancements
• Document code, processes, and solutions for future reference
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with system enhancements

General Instruction

• Ability to understand business requirements around Finance Accounting, and PSA

• Continuous learner, keeping updated on the latest trends and product features in the space

• Excellent communication skills

• Taking ownership of reported issues and driving to resolution

• Strong triaging skills for issue resolution

• Experience in using tools for issue management

• Coordinate with and train other IT staff for redundancy
