Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C#.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web development standards.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in working independently as well as within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about technology, with a constant drive to stay updated on industry trends.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD).
- Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Create solutions based on provided requirements, ensuring scalability and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop and implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
