Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project/process management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in people management.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • Experience managing a team and Strong SaaS HR system configuration.
  • Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management and multitasking skills.

    Requirements for job

    • Manage a team that maintains the day-to-day functionality of Salesforce and assume responsibility for high-quality support and continuous improvement of the system. This includes activities such as relationship management, performance management, escalation management, workforce planning, and budgeting access.
    • Be accountable for ensuring the team is providing analysis and resolution of user inquiries, auditing of process data, training, and communication with relevant stakeholders. (Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, PX partners, Staffing, Corporate Engineering).
    • Be responsible for ensuring smooth system delivery outcomes such as configuration, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and security in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain an understanding of the product and underlying, global business processes in order to predict downstream implications of issues and system changes and allow for effective troubleshooting that squarely aligns with our organization’s objectives, governance, and roadmap.
