Eligibility
- Bachelor’s in information technology, computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years QA Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing QA duties in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve formal QA processes, using industry best practices
- Perform all types of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing
- Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure test coverage for critical business functions
- Set up environments and mock-up data to perform accurate and complete testing
- Work with the project team to translate requirements into test cases to ensure complete coverage
- Report on test results, including analyzing test data, documenting findings, and reporting on findings
- Provide feedback to ensure a final product meets Applied’s quality standards
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar, or other relevant automation tools. Continuously explore opportunities to improve test automation coverage and efficiency.
