Responsibilities:
The Specialist will be responsible for conducting phishing simulations, assessing vulnerability to social engineering attacks, implementing security awareness training programs, and providing recommendations for improving security posture. They will also analyse simulation results, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and stay updated on the latest phishing trends and tactics.
- Design and execute phishing simulation campaigns to assess employee vulnerability.
- Analyse simulation results to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to enhance employee awareness and response to phishing threats.
- Create and disseminate awareness emails using Salesforce email marketing tool.
- Maintain phishing awareness content on SharePoint site.
- Conduct regular sessions to spread awareness and share phishing test insights.
- Collaborate with security teams to resolve false click situations for simulated phishing emails.
Eligibility :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or related field and 1-year relevant experience in Phishing Simulation.
- Proven experience with phishing simulation tools and awareness campaigns.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce email marketing tool and SharePoint.
- Experience on Proofpoint or Knowbe4 would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
