Qualifications

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Strong expertise in transitioning data to HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel. Ability to maintain, update, and manage CRM databases effectively
  • Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation, investor outreach, and managing drip email campaigns
  • Strong content writing skills for LinkedIn posts with minimal supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, along with a working understanding of Google Docs, Slides, and other Workspace tools
  • Basic technical ability to handle CRM troubleshooting
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Responsibilities

  • Transition existing data from a custom CRM system to HubSpot (or similar platform)
  • Manage and maintain CRM data by adding new leads from LinkedIn and organizing investor outreach efforts
  • Create, schedule, and oversee drip email campaigns
  • Write, schedule, and manage drip email campaigns
  • Coordinate follow-up emails and manage responses
  • Assist in scheduling meetings with investors and stakeholders by coordinating calendars
  • Manage LinkedIn connections and investor communications through LinkedIn
  • Draft, schedule, and post LinkedIn content in collaboration with the team
  • Assist in organizing quarterly events, including sending out invites via email/WhatsApp, managing RSVPs, and coordinating event logistics
  • Handle inbox management, document preparation, and maintain Google Workspace files
