Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on data migration projects.

Salesforce certification (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.) and ETL processes.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data migration.
- Design and execute data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Utilize Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and other ETL tools for data migration tasks.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process by implementing validation and testing protocols.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and migration activities.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and platform features to optimize system performance and user experience.
