Eligibility
- At least 5+ years of Professional experience working on Salesforce Platform.
- Strong Salesforce background in customization and configuration experience in Sales and Service clouds and knowledge in Marketing and Experience clouds.
- Strong knowledge of building features using lightning web components, Lightning Design, Apex, flows, and other declarative capabilities.
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, VS Code JIRA, etc.
- Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On integration techniques.Experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Provide ongoing business support to users of the CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality that aligns with the organizational needs.
- Effectively Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders regarding solution design, uncovering new platform capabilities, solutions prototyping, and comprehensive technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
General Instruction
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or MBA degree
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Experience working in an Agile Environment.
