Qualifications
- Any graduate/post-graduate.
- Excellent customer focus & strong communication skills, self-driven, and has a passion to pursue a career in travel.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Should have experience in a travel company.
- A highly motivated individual who can deliver continuously under a target-driven sales environment
- Sound knowledge of domestic travel trends.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
- Personal travel experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Attending to customer queries through Facebook, Instagram, emails, and phone calls.
- Handling Sales Inquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and customer responses.
- Designing and preparing itineraries and outbound holiday packages for customers.
- Convincing clients to buy company services.
- Inside sales job, Reach the sales and revenue targets
- Working in coordination with the Marketing team
