Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality with coaching and implementation experience
- Experience with Salesforce access management and object management is required
- Experience with data management, system integrations, and security settings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce eCommerce Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Field Service modules are a plus.
- Prior B2B experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support business insights
- Creating standard work to drive best practice
- Implement and configure Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process automation, and custom objects
- Manage security settings: Oversee profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings data audits, deduplication, and cleanup to ensure data integrity and security
- Support end-users: Provide training, documentation, and resolve platform-related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather enhancement requirements and implement solutions to improve business processes
- Optimize the value of our tools, ensure seamless integrations, and identify any redundancy in features. Stay informed on new features by keeping up with platform releases and implementing them for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing ongoing support to users and Assist with data migration, integrations, and overall system improvements
