Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist with a consistent track record of exceeding lead targets
- Expertise in using CRM and other sales automation software
- In-depth knowledge of advanced lead-generation techniques and strategies
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience with high-level copywriting and running A/B testing for email campaigns
- Creative approach to cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable with metrics and data analysis to drive campaign improvements
- Proven ability to think strategically and develop innovative lead-generation approaches
- A strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth in the sales field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
