Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, baking, and glazing techniques.
- Creativity and passion for innovation in baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and baking tools.
- Certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake high-quality buns with a soft, fluffy texture and a signature coffee caramel glaze, following precise recipes and techniques.
- Innovate and refine recipes to maintain and enhance the signature flavor and texture of our buns.
- Manage baking schedules to ensure consistent production and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new flavors, toppings, or variations to expand the menu.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of quality ingredients.
- Train junior staff or assistants on specialized techniques and baking processes.
