Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
- Strong experience in SAP CO: Profit and Cost Center Reporting, Product Costing, and COPA.
- Proven experience in integration points between SAP modules, particularly MM, FICO, GTM, and SD.
- Several full lifecycle SAP Implementation experiences (Project Preparation to Go-Live).
- Strong business knowledge and process design skills, with critical expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Must be willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Design, customize, configure, and test in the SAP FICO module with integration to GTM/SD, PP/MM, and TM.
- Successfully implemented financial processes into SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and user training to the business.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to improve business functionality and performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze current business processes and scenarios, recommending and developing appropriate solutions.
- Serve as a liaison with business teams to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve software issues while mapping business requirements and objectives.
- Handle Service Desk tickets logged by product owners and end users efficiently.
- Develop and document new or improved business procedures for complex or novel assignments.
- Write Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for FICO processes and configurations, including reverse engineering and debugging custom configurations.
- Support SAP upgrades (e.g., 1709 to 1909) and new entity rollout activities.
- Provide leadership and direction by evaluating plans and criteria for execution by team members.
