Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with a reputed event management company in client servicing, account management, or business development roles
  • Proven track record of independently winning new business and managing client relationships
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  •  Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per client requirements

Responsibilities

 

  •  Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue potential clients from top-tier brands in India
  • Establish contact with key decision-makers and cultivate robust relationships
  •  Assess clients’ event management needs and recommend innovative solutions
  •  Develop and present compelling pitches and proposals to secure new business
  •  Independently negotiate contracts and close deals
  •  Client Servicing:
  •  Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients
  • Gain a profound understanding of clients’ brands, goals, and expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute remarkable events
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the event lifecycle
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction
  •  Project Management:
  • Independently oversee multiple client projects concurrently
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  •  Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure flawless execution
  •  Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and surpassing client expectations
  •  Relationship Management:
  •  Nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
  •  Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences
  •  Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling additional services
  • Seek client feedback and implement improvements based on their input
  •  Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative ideas
  •  Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, revenue, and client satisfaction
  • Document best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve processes
  •  Contribute to the development of case studies and testimonials for marketing purposes
