Qualifications
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role.
- Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage daily supply chain operations, ensuring efficient workflows, timely deliveries, and adherence to best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights and performance reports that support strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency of supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, presenting findings, reports, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Performance Monitoring & Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs using Power BI. Monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and forecast future needs.
