Responsibilities:
1. Product Listings & Platform Operations:
– Organize, manage, and maintain high-quality product listings on Shopify
– Ensure listings are accurate and up to date, with correct descriptions, images, and inventory levels. And create new pages/collections to align with seasonal items/marketing goals.
– Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of product launches and campaign promotions.
2. Sales & Inventory Reporting:
– Collect, organize, and report weekly sales data for Shopify, analyzing key metrics such as revenue, inventory, and product performance. Report these findings directly to the seniors. The reporting can be done through standard Excel/PowerPoint mediums.
– Track and manage inventory levels, making recommendations for reorders, price changes, and product retirements based on weekly findings.
– Analyze seasonality trends and suggest adjustments to optimize sales during peak seasons.
3. Coordination with Third-Party Service Providers:
– Communicate regularly with third-party service providers, for Content Creation/Web Development, to receive reports on sales performance, profitability, and recommended improvements in UIUX.
– Implement action plans based on third-party insights and align them with internal operations.
4. Campaign & Content Coordination:
– Coordinate with content creators, product teams, and marketing staff to ensure smooth execution of product shoots, campaign launch dates, and promotional activities.
– Assist in the development and scheduling of content calendars for new product releases and promotional campaigns.
5. Team Assistance & E-Commerce Support:
– Provide operational support to teams working on the Shopify platform, including sales and promotion teams.
– Assist the E-Commerce Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all activities and platforms.
6. Growth and Optimization:
– Identify growth opportunities and areas for process improvement on Shopify, making data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
– Manage Shopify analytics tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
Eligibility:
– Proven experience in e-commerce operations with a focus on Shopify backend support.
– Familiarity with product listing management, page creation, collection page creation, SEO item uploads, inventory tracking, and platform operations.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
– Proficiency in using Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
– Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party providers.
