Responsibilities:
- Understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt.
- Familiarity with inventory management and valuation.
- Ariba Solutions delivery experience in ARIBA Upstream, SLP and ARBIA P2P, Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, ARIBA Network.
- Serve as subject matter expert in Ariba solutions and Ariba to SAP integration.
- Assists to improve business processes and documents changes required to SAP Ariba configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes.
- Ability to develop to-be design documentation for Ariba process designs. Updates all design, configuration and specification documentation.
- Identifies and logs issues and risks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Manage, coordinate and report application major incidents (P1 & P2)
- Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors.
- Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team.
- Support to Design daily, weekly and monthly management reports for business.
- Business Engagement – Engaging with business proactive to build trust and relationship for better stakeholder management.
Eligibility:
- 12 + Years of experience in SAP ARIBA and SAP MM in the Source to Pay area.
- Experienced S4HANA professional and hands-on in HANA best practice Implementations
- At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live)
- Understanding of integration between SAP modules.
- Minimum of 8 years SAP Ariba implementation experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in SAP MM implementation and support
- Should have worked in Support projects
- Demonstrate Proactive Approach rather than fix on fail
- Has capability to translate business requirements into design and then to development
- Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution.
