Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and manage content (including text, images, and videos) tailored to each platform.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Community Management:
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and manage community events, discussions, and contests to boost engagement.
- Getting timely campaign execution from our community partners
Eligibility:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
