Eligibility
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management:
- Oversee the administration and daily operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the platform.
- Ensure platform configurations align with business requirements and best practices.
- Email and Journey Building:
- Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Leverage Journey Builder to create automated, multi-step marketing programs.
- AMPScript and Personalisation:
- Write and implement complex AMPScript code to deliver personalized and dynamic content.
- Develop solutions to enhance the personalization and relevance of communications.
- Data Management and SQL:
- Crafted and executed SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for campaigns and reports.
- Conduct data cleanup and ensure data integrity within the platform.
- Manage data imports and synchronization between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate comprehensive reports using various data views and metrics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- BAU Tasks:
- Execute day-to-day tasks to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
- Additional Requirements/Skills:
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools e.g. Asana or Jira, and methodologies to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- APIs and Integrations: Knowledge of API integrations to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and tools.
- Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Datorama, Power BI, and Looker Studio for enhanced reporting and insights.
- Customer Experience Management: Understanding customer experience management and strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements for job
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL, and data management.
- Experience with email marketing, automation, and journey building.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with SFMC, HubSpot, and Marketo, with experience managing these platforms preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
