Eligibility

• At least one Full cycle implementation experience in SAP HCM Modules Like PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll (India), Employee Self Service (ESS), Travel Management Modules
•  Gathered and analyzed business requirements from Business Owners, documented the functional/technical requirements as well as developed and recommended solutions, and identified any potential process changes affected 
• Configured functional design for new projects and enhancements to existing projects within the SAP payroll module 
•  We have provided production support for SAP Payroll by utilizing troubleshooting skills.
•   Developed user support documentation and provided training and coaching to end users
•  Extensive knowledge of Data structures, data flows, and dependencies. 
•  Experience in implementation planning, gap fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Excellent Client interaction and Handling Capability.
•  Support end users using the ticketing tool and make sure that SLA is not breached.
• They translated functional requirements for system changes into specifications that the programmers can use to write code. 
•  Have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Guided requirements for system enhancements.
•  Developed the ability to assume significant responsibility and work independently 
• Analyse and provide issue resolution related to SAP HCM functional areas/modules (Personnel Administration PA, Organizational Management OM, Absence Management/Time Evaluation, PMS, LSO, and Customized webdynpro modules (ESS/MSS All E Modules) and Payroll Interface.
