Eligibility

  • At least one Full cycle implementation experience in SAP HCM Modules Like PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll (India), Employee Self Service (ESS), Travel Management Modules

  •  Support end users using the ticketing tool and make sure that SLA is not breached.
  • They translated functional requirements for system changes into specifications that the programmers can use to write code. 
  •  Have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Guided requirements for system enhancements.
  •  Developed the ability to assume significant responsibility and work independently 
  • Analyse and provide issue resolution related to SAP HCM functional areas/modules (Personnel Administration PA, Organizational Management OM, Absence Management/Time Evaluation, PMS, LSO, and Customized webdynpro modules (ESS/MSS All E Modules) and Payroll Interface.
