Eligibility
- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integration, and custom development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, both onshore and offshore teams, as needed.
- Contribute to the discussions around Salesforce design and architecture and Data Integration.
- Monitor platform performance and scalability, and suggest areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-teams as needed and stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases.
Requirements for job
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 14+ years of experience in different Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features, custom development, and integration options.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.
- Experience with APEX language in Salesforce
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
