Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Maintain and update data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Configuration and Customization:

  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and provide status updates.

Eligibility:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment.
  • Experience in a support role, preferably within a technology or data services team.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
