Eligibility

• Provide account leadership, including the ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate in and execute high-value business solutions. This includes enhancement planning and deployment, budget management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
• Create and negotiate statements of work, account planning, milestone creation, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with offshore development, rationalizing development work, and leading execution.
• Manage client and internal teams from small to medium resources onshore/offshore.
• Proven experience in actively owning and working on new projects, transitions, and budgeting in RFPs and SOWs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong experience in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity PM, and JIRA (Agile Project Management).
• Lead work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and relationship development among team members, client peers, and all stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and possesses strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Manage and mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications.
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Create a shared sense of direction and community among teams.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Ability to articulate and present different points of view on various technologies across different teams and generate ideas.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Development and Support Services arena.

• 4+ years of experience in handling large engagements in right-shore models with strong customer-facing skills.
