  • Experience in generating same-day quotations and ensuring service efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and clients.

 

Responsibilities

Daily Ticket Management: Assign and resolve small service tickets efficiently.

Vendor Onboarding: Source, onboard, and manage relationships with new vendors in Pan India.

Coordination: Maintain strong coordination with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Same-Day Quotation: Provide quick, accurate quotations to clients and vendors.

Work Management: Oversee and manage ongoing tasks to completion.

MIS Reporting: Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) for all assigned tasks and vendor-related activities.
