The Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin Jobs will support Salesforce.com (SFDC) requests and projects for business units across the JBPCO family of companies, particularly in Sales and Service Clouds.
The role is responsible for documenting requirements, recommending solutions, and implementing solutions in SFDC. This will involve user changes, configuration changes, Flows, and reports. The SFDC Business Analyst will work as part of team, and the role on each project could be different (project manager, business analyst, developer, or tester).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- 6+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com, ideally with Salesforce Admin Certification or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- 6+ years working technical project management on the client side, either as a business analyst or project manager
Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements for assigned projects
- Create technical requirements from business requirements
- Make configuration changes in SFDC sandboxes to satisfy documented requirements
- Perform testing of SFDC changes
- Perform data mass updates using the SFDC Dataloader or Setup utilities (as applies)
- Build or revise SFDC Flows to satisfy project requirements
- Build and maintain SFDC reports and dashboards
- SFDC help desk support – identify sources of issue raised by business users, and implement solutions, as appropriate
