Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or strategy.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives. Ensure the strategy covers content creation, platform-specific strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other media for various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Community Management: Engage with followers and community members, fostering a positive online environment. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track key performance metrics (KPIs), generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to propose new ideas and innovative content strategies.
  • Brand Voice and Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging across all social channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align social media efforts with broader company initiatives.
  • Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand goals.
