Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  •  Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for hiring sales professionals.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  •  Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  •  Design and implement competitive salary structures based on Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for the sales team.
  • Incentive Policy Streamlining:
  •  Analyze current incentive policies and recommend improvements to drive performance.
  •  Work closely with the sales leadership team to align incentives with business objectives.
  •  Implement transparent and motivating incentive structures.
  • Policy and SOP Drafting:
  •  Develop and update HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  •  Communicate policies effectively to employees and conduct training as necessary.
  • HRMIS Implementation:
  •  Lead the implementation of a robust Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
  •  Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  •  Utilise HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Induction Program:
  •  Develop and oversee a comprehensive induction program for new sales employees.
  •  Ensure that new hires receive the necessary training and information to integrate seamlessly into the organization.
