Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for hiring sales professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and implement competitive salary structures based on Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) for the sales team.
- Incentive Policy Streamlining:
- Analyze current incentive policies and recommend improvements to drive performance.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to align incentives with business objectives.
- Implement transparent and motivating incentive structures.
- Policy and SOP Drafting:
- Develop and update HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate policies effectively to employees and conduct training as necessary.
- HRMIS Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of a robust Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Utilise HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Induction Program:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive induction program for new sales employees.
- Ensure that new hires receive the necessary training and information to integrate seamlessly into the organization.
